Products and prices

AYA sells QR wristbands for children. Product descriptions, current prices, quantities and any shipping costs are shown on the product page and in checkout before you complete a purchase.

Payment

Payment is made online using the payment methods shown in checkout. The amount is only charged when the order has been completed and accepted. You receive an order confirmation or receipt using the contact details you provided.

Delivery

We normally pack orders within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery time depends on the delivery country and carrier. Any delivery costs and delivery options are shown in checkout before the order is confirmed.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance sales. AYA wristbands are produced after ordering and may fall under the exception for custom-made or personalised goods once production has started. If you want to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible and we will tell you whether the order can still be stopped.

Returns

If an item can be returned, it must be returned in substantially the same condition as when received and by prior agreement with us. Custom-made products generally cannot be returned after production has started. Always contact us before sending an item back.

Complaint handling

If there are defects or issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and describe the problem. We will then assess whether you are entitled to a replacement, remedy, price reduction or refund under the applicable rules.

Disputes and conflict resolution

We aim to resolve all disagreements through direct dialogue with the customer. If that is not possible, you can complain to the relevant consumer dispute body in your country. In Denmark, more information is available through Nævnenes Hus and the EU online dispute resolution platform where applicable.
